I cannot connect to my vehicle. What do I have to do so that I can use my HYMER Connect app again?

Please check the following five steps: 

1. The printout with the QR code must match the serial number of the vehicle and the SCU serial number.

2. The antenna cable for the LTE cellular connection must be plugged into the SCU (see photo with burgundy-colored plug)

3. The SCU must have finished booting up. This process can take up to 2 minutes.

4. Make sure the vehicle has a cellular connection (if your cell phone has cellular coverage, the SCU also has coverage)

5. If you have already tried to connect and want to try again, make sure the SCU has been deleted/forgotten from your mobile device's Bluetooth settings. This step must be repeated for each attempt.
