What operating modes does the HYMER Connect System have?

If the vehicle is not connected to shore power, the SCU goes into hibernate mode after 48 hours to reduce power consumption and conserve the batteries.
This means that the app cannot control functions such as the temperature of the air conditioning system or query/control the correct fill levels of the vehicle!

Further important notes:

  • If the SCU is "woken up" from sleep mode via the display, this can take up to 2 minutes.
  • If the SCU is already in sleep mode and the shore power is plugged in, the SCU cannot switch back to active status.

To change the operating mode, see the article Waking up the vehicle
