In trailer mode, the park pilot does not automatically switch off the sensors and acoustics. It is therefore possible that you will hear a continuous warning tone in the cab when reversing.
An additional trailer park pilot, which is compatible with the HYMER park pilot, is optionally available from the manufacturer of the system. In this case, the park pilot recognises whether a trailer with additional trailer park pilot has been coupled and automatically switches to the reversing sensors of the trailer. After uncoupling the trailer, the reversing sensors of the motorhome are automatically used again.
