The Hymer Connect system allows you to wake your vehicle from sleep mode and prepare it for your next journey. In this article, you will learn how to wake up the system and what additional options are available to you if your vehicle is based on a Mercedes base vehicle.
Please note that waking up the vehicle can take up to 8 hours.
Options for waking up the Hymer Connect system
There are several ways to bring the Hymer Connect system out of sleep mode:

Bluetooth connection: When a device connected via the app comes within Bluetooth range of the vehicle, the system is automatically activated.

7" display: You can also wake up the system by simply pressing the 7-inch display in the vehicle.

App control: You can wake up the system in the "Vehicle" "System activation and restart" section of the HYMER Connect app. To do this, press the "Wake up" button.
Additional options for Mercedes base vehicles
If you own a Hymer vehicle based on a Mercedes, there are other options available to you for waking up the system:

Engine start: Starting the vehicle engine automatically wakes up the system.

Central locking system: Unlocking the vehicle via the central locking system also activates the system.
