Does the flame go out when you turn down the flame on the hob?
Please check the setting of the ignition safety sensor. The tip of the sensor should protrude 5 mm beyond the burner. The sensor neck should not be more than 3 mm away from the burner crown. When adjusting, please ensure that you do not bend the ignition fuse sensor.
