The air conditioning is not cooling. What can I do?

Is your air conditioning system not cooling (any more)? What can you do to restore the function?

Please check the following possible causes:

  1. No 230 V supply available
Please connect your vehicle to the 230 V supply.
  2. Defective fuse
If there is a defective fuse, replace it. Please refer to your operating instructions for the exact position of the fuse. You will also find instructions on how to replace the fuses in your operating instructions.
  3. Temperature below 16°C
If the temperature falls below 16°C, the air conditioning stops working and does not cool the vehicle any further.
  4. Temperature set incorrectly
Please set the temperature correctly. You will find all the necessary information in the operating instructions for your air conditioning system.
  5. Dirty air filter
Please replace the dirty air filter with a new one.
