You have no gas supply in your HYMER vehicle?
Please check the following points to restore the gas supply:
- Gas cylinder empty
Replace the gas cylinder. - Gas shut-off valve closed
Please open the gas shut-off valve. The exact position in your vehicle can be found in your operating instructions. - Main shut-off valve on the gas cylinder closed
Please open the main shut-off valve on the gas cylinder here. - Outside temperature too low
If the outside temperature is too low (approx. 0°C for butane gas), the gas can no longer be vaporised. In this case, you must wait for higher outside temperatures. Use propane gas (especially for winter camping), which is available up to around 42°C. - Defective built-in appliance
If your built-in appliance is faulty, please contact a dealer. You can find an overview of your nearest dealer in our dealer search.
Note: Have a defect in the gas system repaired by an authorised specialist workshop. You can find an overview of all HYMER dealers in our dealer search.
Please observe the rules for handling gas:
- There is a risk of explosion if the gas system is defective (smell of gas, high gas consumption). Close the main shut-off valve on the gas cylinder immediately. Open windows and doors.
- Do not smoke or ignite naked flames. Do not operate any electrical switches (such as light switches, etc.). Never search for gas leaks with an open flame; only search for leaks with suitable leak sprays. Visit an authorised workshop to rectify the fault.
Your dealer will be happy to answer any further questions you may have. You can find an overview of all HYMER dealers easily and conveniently in our dealer search.
