Truma Combi
If the heating does not start, do the following:
- Please check whether the gas supply is guaranteed.
- Is the gas bottle turned on? Have you checked whether there is enough gas in the gas bottle?
- Is the gas shut-off valve for the heater in the kitchen drawer open?
- Have the hose rupture protection devices on the hoses been pressed and thus vented?
- Is error code 5 or 17 displayed on the Truma control panel in the entrance area of the vehicle? If so, then your gas bottle is empty. Please change the bottle and wait 15 minutes.
- Is the 12V supply switched on and the battery charged? The gas must first be ignited so that the 12V display appears on the control panel.
- If you have installed a Duo Control, perhaps the crash sensor has triggered? (If this is the case, please press this)
If you have a heater with an electrical supply, check whether the shore power is connected correctly and the energy source has been correctly selected in the control panel.
If the heater still doesn't start, the operating instructions for your Truma heater may be able to help you. If you cannot find the right solution here, we ask you to contact Truma customer service. You can find the relevant contact details in the Truma operating instructions.
