The Backrack+ is attached to the two door hinges of the vehicle. In addition, two screws are screwed through the top and bottom of the door. On the back of the door, the fastening is reinforced with bonded metal sheets. In total, the Backrack+ has four attachment points on the vehicle per base carrier.
