The Backrack+ (basic dimensions) can be used on the right and left without components at any time (without number and lightbar) in trailer mode.
The use of Backrack+ components in conjunction with a trailer (trailer operation) is excluded.
The wheel holder, MiniRack (folded up) and shuttle carrier components can only be left on the right-hand side of the vehicle (folded down without load) while ensuring that the beam angles of the lamps and licence plate are maintained.
The Bike Carrier Swing component always requires a licence plate and lamp replacement (must be removed when towing a trailer), as the licence plate is permanently covered (Bike Carrier Swing is only available for the left-hand side).
