Have you lost the QR code for connecting to the HYMER Connect app or purchased a used vehicle with HYMER Connect function without a QR code? Then you can request a new QR code via our customer service.
The following documents are required for the QR code request to authenticate you as the vehicle owner:
- Copy of the vehicle registration certificate
- Copy of the identity card or passport
