Sometimes it may be necessary to restart the HYMER Connect system. This may be necessary due to a faulty connection, a frozen touch display or other technical problems. In such cases, there is a manual method that you can carry out directly on the EBL, as well as an option via the HYMER Connect app.
Restarting the HYMER Connect system via the EBL
- Disconnect the plug: Locate the white 5-PIN connector labelled "SCU" on the EBL. Disconnect this plug for at least 2 minutes.
- Re-insert the plug: When the time has elapsed, insert the plug again. The unit is restarted, which takes about 90 seconds.
Restart via the HYMER Connect app
- Open the HYMER Connect app: Start the HYMER Connect app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Control Panel: In the app, navigate to "Vehicle" "System activation and restart".
- Initiate restart: Click on the "Restart" button to initiate the system restart.
