In this article, you will learn how to delete existing Bluetooth connections between your smartphone and your vehicle.

What do you need to bear in mind with the Bluetooth connection?
If your smartphone and vehicle are already connected, please establish the connection between your smartphone and your vehicle only via the HYMER Connect app.
Make sure that the connection between your smartphone and your vehicle is established exclusively via the HYMER Connect app. If the connection was started from the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone, you must delete these and re-establish the connection via the HYMER Connect app. This is necessary so that you can use all the functions of the app without any problems.

Delete the Bluetooth connection: Android operating systems
To do this, please go to your smartphone settings and delete the existing Bluetooth connection to your vehicle as indicated. This starts with the letters HY. After removing the connection, you can start the connection to your vehicle via the HYMER Connect app.

Deleting the Bluetooth connection: iOS operating systems
