My 12 V supply does not work with 230 V operation. What can I do?

Is your 12 V supply not working with 230 V operation?

Please check the following points for troubleshooting:

1. 12 V supply switched off
   Please switch on the 12 V supply.
2. Battery circuit breaker on the EBL switched off
   Please switch on the battery circuit breaker on the EBL. Refer to your operating instructions for the exact position of the switch.
3. 230 V circuit breaker in front of EBL has tripped or is switched off
   Reset the 230 V circuit breaker.
4. Charging module in the EBL defective
   If the charging module is defective, please contact your dealer. You can find an overview of your nearest dealer in our dealer search.
5. Jumbo blade fuse on the living area battery defective
   Please replace the jumbo blade fuse on the living area battery. Please refer to your operating instructions for the exact position of the fuse. You will also find instructions on how to replace the fuses in your operating instructions.
