I am automatically logged out of my HYMER Connect app. What can I do?

Please note that the connection between your smartphone and your vehicle may currently be terminated automatically. The connection is automatically disconnected when the app is started without any intervention on your part.

To rectify this error, check your current app version under the menu item "More" > "About the app" > "App information". If necessary, please update your HYMER Connect app to version 2.10.2 or higher in your app store. This error has been rectified with the latest app version.

To be able to use the app as usual, please reconnect to your vehicle. You can find instructions here: How can I connect to my vehicle?

Please delete/ignore any existing Bluetooth connections to your vehicle from the Bluetooth settings in your smartphone (see example images).

Select the appropriate Bluetooth connection

 

Remove the device from the Bluetooth connections accordingly

Please confirm and finally disconnect
